Advocacy
A large focus of our company is to reduce the stigma associated with mental health challenges and to train others to be able to recognize the signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge and what actions to take.

We offer USA Mental Health First Aid Youth & Adult Curricula for communities, organizations, and individuals. In efforts to equip as many as possible, we also include complimentary registration with all of our coaching packages.

We schedule 2 virtual trainings per month and can accommodate additional trainings upon request.
